Treatment Philosophy
Dr. Manning utilizes a treatment approach that combines his diagnostic expertise, state-of-the-art image-guided treatment techniques, and a deep understanding of regenerative medicine/orthobiologic medicine to provide his patients with effective improvement of their condition. Known as a leader in the field for his use of advanced diagnostic imaging systems to find and treat the cause of a patient’s pain and discomfort, Dr. Manning is committed to providing individuals with customized treatment plans and a compassionate, attentive approach to care. His dedication to the Vis Medicatrix Naturae – the “healing power of nature” – along with his extensive training, strong comprehension of human physiology, and breadth of clinical experience allow Dr. Manning to unite both conventional and natural treatment modalities together in order to provide patients with the best possible results. He uses evidence-based treatments that work with the body’s innate healing capability in order to heal injuries and reduce pain.
Other specialties/professions have the tendency to think of the body as a machine, but unlike a machine, our bodies can metabolize and repair themselves. Thus, Dr. Manning’s care philosophy and what he sees on a daily basis is that nature, not doctors, heal people. His job is to expertly facilitate this process.
